MONTEL a potent therapy for the prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma and allergic rhinitis. |
Composition:
Each tablet contains 10 mg Montelukast. |

Pharmacological Action:
Montel is a selective receptor cys LT1 antagonist which inhibits the action of cysteinyl leukotriene which is an important mediator for bronchial asthma. |

Indications/ Uses:
Montel is indicated in adult and pediatric patients for the prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma.

Dosage:
Adults 15 years of age and older: 10 mg (One tablet) daily at bedtime.
Pediatric Patients 6 to 14 years of age: 5 mg (1/2 tablet) at bedtime.
